Description
As cities grow, craftsmen tend to congregate into communities of experts where the most informed will mentor their assistants into journeymen. Over time these societies will become corporations with significant powers, able to contest the arbitrary decisions of the nobility. They will then further evolve into the powerful guilds of the late medieval period.
EVENT: Occasionally, craftsmen will play a key role in the construction of a magnificent, prestigious building.
