Description

Spearmakers assemble and store a variety of light to medium weaponry. Spearmakers will efficiently (and specifically) improve your spearmen Levy units, converting their 'Raw' version to a more experimented one. As with the other buildings that improve units, you don't need to actually station the unit in the region, being within your nation and in supply is sufficient.
