Description

Not much is known on the extent of Secret Societies in tribal and nomadic societies. They are important in what they achieve but almost invisible to the commoner and utterly forbidden to the foreigner, even merchants commercing with the tribes for years. Their common role is probably to bond people of the same social strata together in the same, often mystic, activity, although it certainly facilitate the making of a coup to replace the local chief (EVENT).
