The Storyteller will travel from village to village to amuse people and brighten the day of the poorer social classes while bringing some news. If an impediment is removed while a storyteller is around, then there is a small chance he will make a story of it (with some embellishments!), earning the region owner some Legacy points from the epic 'Geste' written.
