Description

The Royal Executioner, in addition to boosting the Loyalty of the region and lowering Revolt Risks, will double the chance to remove the 'Region in Unrest' modifier if present (EVENT). In many cases, executioners were considered to be among the lowest members of society, and they were often ostracized and shunned by others. However, they were also necessary in a time when there were few effective forms of law enforcement, and they were often given the task of carrying out punishments for crimes such as theft, murder, and other offenses. Executioners were trained in the use of various methods of execution, such as beheading, hanging, and drowning, and they were responsible for carrying out these punishments in public, often in front of large crowds.
