Description

This is an improvement of the Open Canalization system, but not by a high margin, except for the city itself. Depending on the wealth of the city, the wastewater system will be underground, like the various 'cloaca' running under Rome, or will be partially in the open air. Still, they are built to be of sufficient diameter to tackle everything thrown into it (including an occasional corpse). The waste will then be discharged further down a river or better into the sea. EVENT: There is a very low chance that an adjacent Fish resource is removed from the resulting pollution. Lead coating parts of the tunnels will make it more robust and in need of less maintenance.
