Description
A very basic iron smelter, using techniques developed in ancient times. The iron produced will often have too much carbon, leading to the so-called 'Pig Iron' of poor quality. At this point, depending on how much time the smiths could spare, it was refined further or left as is, as producing steel with such rough material was long and laborious.
