The Medical Practitioner will heal people by purging the body of foul things, through bleeding, cupping and the profuse use of leeches. Most of the time, it would not harm the patient too much. This building provides Health, but can be removed spontaneously, representing some locals being furious against the medieval doctor (EVENT). Practicing medicine in medieval ages meant you mastered the concepts of humors, yellow bile, phlegm, black bile, and blood, as described by Hippocrates. In theory as until the late XIIth century, the concept itself of a medical license did not even surface.
