The clothes don't make the man. Except if your clothes come from a Master Clothier, at the peak of his skills. This workshop is an evolution of the Prestige Clothier and is a rare opportunity to pick as your next choice. If both bonuses are collected by the Master Clothier (Indigo and Silk), then the building will most of the time generate a bonus of 5 Legacy Points per turn (given every 5 turns), although very rarely it will generate much more (EVENT).
