Description
This workshop houses an astronomer with some money to spare for scientific instruments (Such as an astrolabe or an armillary sphere) and treaties. Observation will be made with the naked eye though, as the first telescope, a mere spyglass will not appear before the XVIIth century.
This building is a relatively uncommon proposal.
EVENT: It will help remove (with a low chance per turn) the Occultist building in his region and all surrounding regions (a rarity), as demystifying the secrets of the world and universe is an efficient way to fight off irrational fears and beliefs.
