A Bishopric is the place where a bishop, a magistratre of the Church (including the Orthodoxic one) administrates the multiple parishes under his control. This building is pivotal to regional development, as it will open access to the second part of tier II Piety buildings. Initially named by secular rulers and coming from the aristocracy, the Papacy promulgated several reforms to get this privilege back, with high intensity crisis triggered from this struggle (as in the Holy Roman Empire with the crisis investiture). The bishops function also include ordonning new priests and extra bishops, sanctify places and distribute the Holy Chrism (Saint Chrême), one of the 3 holy oil of the Christian liturgy. Brass was often used in the making of the implements of the faith, when Silver and Gold was considered too costly.
