EVENT: When this structure completes, a large temporary increase in Loyalty and Piety generation will happen, as people will be happy with the ongoing event. Productivity will suffer though, mostly in Infrastructure, but also in Agricultural and Commerce. The structure is destroyed once completed, as it represents an ongoing event. You need the presence of local Religious Works in the region (only) for this structure to be allowed, even if none are used up.
