Description

Crimes in nomadic or tribal societies were often punished by death or exile to a hostile land. Executions were almost always public, as the goal was also to convey the message that wrongdoers were punished. EVENT:<color> In addition to the recurring reduction in revolt risk provided by this building, if the region is experiencing Unrest when it is constructed, the Unrest will be systematically removed. In such cases, there is a 20% chance of losing one population. Note that this building is extremely cheap and can be disbanded easily, allowing it to be rebuilt as needed.
