Description

The Bowyer will produce and store equipment for your army. He will also enable the recruitment of Archers and Bowmen, if they are part of your army roster. During peacetime, he can sell some of his work to hunters. Finally, he can remove the 'Hastily Levied' penalty most ranged levies get upon being recruited, either in the region or within your nation (with reduced efficiency).
